Position Overview: The Director Sales, MSB, is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving the success of Microsoft products and Compugen Services. This individual will provide strategic direction, guidance, and leadership to a team of sales and pre-sales resources, ensuring high-quality engagement and new business development with clients. The Director Sales will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including MSB Services and Operations to drive growth, develop new service offerings, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the MSB sales team
  • Plan and execute complex and strategic sales strategies across Microsoft Modern Work, Copilot, Security, Azure, AI, and Data technology domains
  • Align with MCAPS priorities to accelerate Microsoft innovation, growth, and market leadership within our customers
  • Adapt to technology, partner programs, and market changes with agility.

Sales Growth and Development:
  • Drive the success of Microsoft products and Compugen Services
  • Ensure high-quality engagement and new business development with clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive growth and develop new service offerings
  • Foster growth of leading-edge Microsoft Products and Compugen Services that align with customer business outcomes
  • Grow Compugen Services alongside CSP growth
  • Efficiently manage, set goals, and track key performance indicators
Team Development & Talent Management
  • Build and nurture a high-performing sales team, including providing guidance and coaching to sales leaders and staff
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to ensure team members are growing in their roles and contributing to overall success
  • Foster a results-oriented culture with a focus on excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity
Customer Satisfaction:
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic initiatives
  • Partner and align with Microsoft to become an industry leader and successful implementor of Microsoft technology for Business Transformation
  • Highlight Compugen's unique value in the advice, design, and delivery of Professional and Managed Services
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services
  • Excellent strategic planning and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven success in driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft technology and experience working closely with Microsoft sales and technical specialists
