Position Overview: The Inventory-Returns Coordinator is a full-time, onsite opportunity at our Richmond Hill, ON. location. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Balance Returns of inventory to vendors. (apply to vendors for RA numbers, pick, verify and pack inventory).
  • Work with Service and Depot to ensure that DOA inventory is repaired in a timely manner.
  • Post non-physical Customer credits.
  • Create and post non-physical credit PO's for customer credits.
  • Create and post physical credit PO's for customer credits.
  • For Customer Owned inventory, verify the inventory, separate the inventory on other skids, label all the inventory, adjust the inventory into stock and transfer the serial numbers.
  • Stack, verify, wrap and place the Customer Owned inventory in the racks within the warehouse.
  • Work in a safe manner in the warehouse.
  • Follow the ISO processes in each area.
  • Support the team in anything that is ask of you. (team player).
  • Support other teams within the warehouse as needed.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by your Supervisor and or Manager.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Drive forklift an asset (Reverse Raymond Reach & Order Picker).
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards an asset.
  • Knowledge of RF Scanning an asset.
  • Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
  • Team player.
  • Knowledge of Excel an asset.
