Position Overview: Reporting to the Director, Partner Alliance, the Partner Alliance Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to develop and maintain strong alliances with our partners. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Organize and participate in joint business planning sessions with partners.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize partnership outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the partner ecosystem.
- Ensure partner compliance with program requirements, certifications, and accreditations.
- Track and manage partner certifications to maintain program eligibility and maximize partnership benefits.
- Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to meet accreditation deadlines and achieve compliance goals.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to manage incentive programs, rebates, and other partner benefits.
- Analyze incentive program effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Develop annual partner business plans, setting objectives, KPIs, and growth strategies collaboratively with partners.
- Align internal resources to support joint goals and drive mutual success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate joint marketing and promotional activities with partners to maximize visibility and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, professional services, and finance, to ensure alignment with partner initiatives.
- Support sales teams with joint pipeline development and lead-sharing initiatives.
- Partner with operations teams to streamline onboarding and contract execution processes.
- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
