Position Overview: As a Senior Consultant, you will utilize strong consulting and technical expertise to work closely with clients to design, build and deploy technology solutions that will help our clients meet their business objectives. You will provide technical guidance to our clients in the areas of M365 migration, endpoint management, and collaboration. You will help our clients implement best practice solutions and understand emerging trends and technologies that will enhance their end users’ experience. Your key performance metrics include the business unit and practice performance, personal productive utilization, and our client satisfaction. Reporting to a Managing Principal Consultant, you will be a key member of the Modern Work Practice’s Endpoint Team. Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to a Managing Principal Consultant, you will be a key member of the Modern Work Practice’s Endpoint Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with other consultants and technical teams to develop and deliver solutions that align with the client's business goals and objectives.
- Partner with other internal contributors (consultants), clients and vendors to identify the client's needs and challenges and develop approaches and roadmaps to address those needs.
- Provide advice, guidance, technical expertise, and build, configure, and deploy complex technology solutions.
- Deliver superlative quality solutions and ensure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to expand the business by offering additional services and solutions.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations and meetings, and other marketing events.
- Mentor and guide less experienced consultants as they develop their technical and consulting skills.
- Help to foster and develop a strong, positive team environment, driving empowerment, innovation, and a high level of engagement.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive hands-on technology experience with the implementation of various endpoint deployment and management solutions such as Intune/Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Windows Desktops.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Attention to detail and quality while maintaining a high degree of productivity, while managing deadlines and multiple conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- A sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn new skills and grow and develop your technical and consulting skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- University Degree and/or related Technical Diplomas
- Relevant and up-to-date technical vendor certifications.
- Identity management expertise (Cloud, Synced, Federated Identities, Azure AD, Entra)
- Any enterprise mobility management experience (Workforce ONE, SOTI, Jamf, etc)
- Microsoft Security concepts expertise of conditional access, data protection, governance.
- Microsoft M365 technical background with experience in a customer-facing service delivery role.
- Hands-on technology experience with M365 platform designs, integrations, deployments, and migrations of Exchange, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
