Position Overview: The Service parts Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are accurately counted, tracked and maintained in alignment with business needs. This role plays a key part in supporting parts ordering teams by ensuring the products are available at all stock service location with 100% accuracy.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity at our Richmond Hill, ON. location. Applicants must be able to participate in rotation shifts between the hours of 8AM-8PM, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- To Process warranty/non warranty parts, obtain RMA from vendor, Repair process & activities familiar to reverse logistics area.
- To Support Receiving in the daily operation.
- To Receive all parts from courier, separate and receive in JDE system within time frame.
- To perform various tasks to help the receiving to ensure that business operation is smooth and successful
- To Pick parts from shelf against Work order/pick slip for tech to pick.
- To assist inventory control team to perform cycle count of the inventory bins.
- To assist service technicians to pick and issue parts from JDE. To review different service reports on daily basis and process parts in timely manner.
- Timely and accurate completion of processing returns from Customer, Depot and notification of potential issues to the appropriate parties.
- Solve problems as issues arrive, working with the Order Desk, Client relations, Buyers, and/or Administration to resolve effectively.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers through communication.
- Staff is responsible to follow ISO procedures outlined in Compugen Quality Management System.
- Other projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Warehouse environment or Reverse Logistics.
- Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, telephone, and email etiquette.
- Data driven individual with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work with tight timelines.
- Forklift license preferred or willing to learn and drive Forklift (Raymond Reach Reverse Steering) & Cherry picker
- Ability to lift merchandise weighing 40-50 Ibs.
- Working knowledge of JDE will be an asset.
