The customer service representative plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. They are at the center of multiple transactions and communications, both with customers and with the internal team, and are the person who ensures that the customer's project gets off to a good start!

  • Receive and process orders from customer accounts;
  • Follow up on order tracking processes and address any issues or problems during the process;
  • Validate prices based on price lists and quotes submitted by sales;
  • Monitor and coordinate all stages from receipt of an order to invoicing
  • Produce and update reports and documents related to orders and follow-ups;
  • Prepare and coordinate the shipment of goods;
  • Perform various tasks

Experience & training:

  • College education (DEC) in a relevant sector of activity (administration, printing, sales, etc.)
  • Relevant experience in customer service and coordination of files and/or projects, and in the manufacturing sector.

You recognize yourself and have the following skills:

  • Bilingual (frequent communications with American or non-Quebec customers);
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite and the use of management software in general (CRM, ERP, etc.). Be very functional with computer tools in general;
  • Ability to organize work tasks, follow a file with order and rigor and have the ability to process details and data with precision;
  • Natural aptitude for collaboration and relating to people;
  • Demonstrate initiative to ensure the progress and outcome of certain cases;
  • Have an interest in and the ability to learn the technical aspects of the product;
  • Be independent and able to manage several cases simultaneously.
