We are looking for customer-oriented, motivated individuals to join our professional team.

Please note, to be considered for this position applicants should currently be residing in Canada and legally entitled to work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts (300-400 accounts).
  • Follow up on accounts for payment using the GetPaid software.
  • Reconcile unapplied, misapplied payments on customer accounts.
  • Manage dispute resolution including getting details of dispute from customers, following up with branches and Sales Representatives and updating customers in a timely manner.
  • Receive general phone calls on customer enquiries as well as provide statements and invoices as needed.
  • Process payments by credit card online.
  • Update accounts including customer information and certificates of insurance.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Relative experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer systems and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, must be able to work independently as well as being a solid team player.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and a willingness to take initiatives.
  • Must be Bilingual (English/French)
