What You’ll Be Doing
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts (300-400 accounts).
- Follow up on accounts for payment using the GetPaid software.
- Reconcile unapplied, misapplied payments on customer accounts.
- Manage dispute resolution including getting details of dispute from customers, following up with branches and Sales Representatives and updating customers in a timely manner.
- Receive general phone calls on customer enquiries as well as provide statements and invoices as needed.
- Process payments by credit card online.
- Update accounts including customer information and certificates of insurance.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Relative experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Proficient in computer systems and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Self-motivated, must be able to work independently as well as being a solid team player.
- Strong time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and a willingness to take initiatives.
- Must be Bilingual (English/French)
