What You’ll Be Doing
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delegate and direct a team of mechanics.
- Inspect all completed tasks to ensure that standards are being met.
- Perform daily PDI and repairs as needed.
- Ensure that equipment in the shop, as well as the shop itself, is well-organized and clean and neat
- Support & Participate in company safety objectives and ensure that the working area in the shop is safe)
- Work closely with and support the team members; act as a lead whenever guidance is needed to complete a tasks/projects.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of two-year related experience
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points).
- Must have your own tools.
- Available to work overtime, on weekends, and on-call when required.
- Strong diagnostic ability as well as being capable of reading schematics.
- Electrical experience
