L'entreprise organise plusieurs évènements durant l'année dont la soirée de Noël, la fête d'été, etc.Nous avons également un comité qui organise une panopie d'activité dont des 5 à 7, soirée de quilles, soirée de pool, cabane à sucre, etc. Ce dernier souligne également les fêtes spéciales (Halloween, Saint-Valentin, Pâques).
Description
Summary of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Account Manager, the incumbent must ensure customer satisfaction by responding to account managers' requests and providing technical/administrative support to the entire team.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Work collaboratively with account managers to ensure outstanding customer service;
2. Update and prepare renewal and new client files within established deadlines;
3. Draft and prepare various insurance documents, including cover notes, applications, quotes, policies, endorsements, and client presentations, ensuring timely delivery.
4. Process and maintain client file openings in various systems;
5. Ensure accurate and up-to-date client files are maintained throughout the year;
6. Respond to and prepare certificate requests within 24 hours;
7. Resolve payment discrepancies and/or respond to insurance companies’ inquiries.
8. Perform any other related tasks as assigned by their supervisor.
9. Maintain knowledge of aviation insurance products and services to assist clients effectively.
10. Coordinate communications between clients and insurance providers as needed.
Requirements
1. 2–3 years of relevant experience in another field or 1 year of experience as an insurance assistant;
2. Excellent communication skills in French and English (an asset);
3. Excellent proficiency in MS Office software;
4. Knowledge of EPIC (an asset);
5. Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders;
6. Excellent customer service skills;
