What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte Global is seeking an experienced and passionate Academy Instructional Designer to join our Global Contact Center team. As the Academy Instructional Designer, you will be crucial in developing and delivering engaging learning experiences that empower our employees to excel and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your expertise in adult learning theory and diverse learning styles will be crucial in crafting impactful learning journeys that drive performance and engagement.

In this role you will:

  • Design, develop, and update engaging and effective training curricula for adult learners in virtual, in-person, and hybrid environments.
  • Employ adult learning principles and cater to diverse learning styles to maximize knowledge retention and application.
  • Create pre-and post-assessments to measure training programs' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop interactive activities and materials encouraging active participation and enhancing the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across various functions to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to facilitators, including conducting train-the-trainer sessions and observing live learning environments.
  • Analyze training data and learner feedback to measure the impact of talent development initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and trends to incorporate innovative approaches into training design and delivery.
About the team

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the contact center industry
  • Minimum of 4 years combined experience in facilitation, and/or content design.
  • 4 year degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred:

  • Experience with adult learning as a facilitator or instructional designer.

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
