We’re looking for a marketing leader who will direct our voice by working with our business and talent leaders to integrate our corporate and talent brand strategies and stories, capture what it means to work at Deloitte, and amplify that to the Canadian talent landscape.

What will your typical day look like?


This role will develop, lead and execute the Talent Brand strategies, programs, and activities for Deloitte Canada. This will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Talent brand strategy, integration: Work closely with collaborators across Corporate Marketing, Global, DEI, Talent Acquisition, and business functions to develop talent brand strategies and execution plans that deliver desired organization and talent outcomes. Integrate Deloitte’s Purpose, Shared Values, and other key pillars such as DEI to shape/revise Deloitte’s unique Talent Value Proposition and leverage all viable channels to deliver key messages that will attract top talent to support the firm’s business objectives. Create and review compelling and engaging content that will showcase Deloitte’s culture and values targeting internal and external audiences.
  • Insights and analytics: Conduct research and analysis based on data and trends from multiple sources to understand the current talent demographics, segment differentiations, and brand perception and identify and propose appropriate strategies and tactics to optimize brand efforts. Establish key metrics and performance indicators that measure the overall effectiveness of talent brand. Leverage this data to help identify brand enhancement opportunities and be the backbone of updates to senior leadership that take pride in a strong talent brand.
  • Advocacy, ambassadorship, collaboration, vendor management: Be the point of contact for talent brand related inputs and actions from local and global perspectives. Beyond Deloitte Canada, be the primary owner for any Global talent brand initiatives that will impact the Canadian market. Be the primary relationship owner with critical vendors in the talent brand space (such as LinkedIn, Universum, and Great Place to Work).
  • Program design and execution: Define, design, collaborate and execute programs aligned to Deloitte Canada’s talent strategy - including talent awards and ambassadorship. Impact measurement, analysis, direction: Evaluate the relevant talent landscape to assess Deloitte’s brand positioning, proactively identifying emerging and potentially disruptive trends. Track and evaluate key talent and brand metrics to analyze and recommend optimum talent acquisition approaches.
About the team


You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition, and bring innovative and creative perspectives into talent brand and strategies. You will lead a team of SMEs, and work closely with senior leaders within Talent Acquisition, Culture and People Office, and Business. This role will have a tight partnership with Deloitte’s Marketing and Communication teams to ensure a consistent and well-integrated branding presence in Canada.

  • Proven experience in employer branding or related marketing experience leading teams with direct reports in a matrix environment
  • Robust experience in strategic marketing, content strategies
  • Talent brand thought leadership
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Campaign strategy and budget planning experience
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Strong communications, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position.
Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
