We are looking for an Advisor Learning Solutions to join our team in either Edmonton, Calgary, North York Ontario, or Houston Texas.

Partnering with Hiring Leaders, the Advisor Learning Solutions is accountable for the effective operations of Workday Learning. The role implements projects from start to finish in workday Learning including configuring learning data and providing guidance to Learning Programs Owners, Learning Partners, Learning Coordinators, Reporting Analyst and Learning Support.

What you Will Do:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolve system issues, and troubleshoot problems related to Workday Learning.

  • Ensure timely resolution of any technical issues to minimize disruption to the learning process.

  • Create EIB load files, validate files, support load process with HR Solutions and clients as needed.

  • Support and coach Tier 2 in troubleshooting, solutions, and knowledge transfer

  • Monitor integrations and work with TIS and HR Solutions.

  • Based on the needs of the business, provide input into configuration and maintenance of Workday Learning to ensure it meets organizational needs.

  • Work closely with HR, TIS, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of Workday Learning configuration with Technology Roadmap goals.

  • Consult with Program owners/teams to diagnose and understand learning technology related needs to recommend areas for improvements.

  • Follow and contribute to Workday Community to stay updated on features and updates and understand how enhancements relate to other parts of the application to proactively suggest improvements to optimize the overall learning experience.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions using Workday Learning.

  • Request Learning Partner, Learning Coordinator and Reporting Analyst user access, and provide role-based training.

  • Facilitate change management plans to support the implementation of learning technology related programs.

  • Conduct training sessions and build user guides and documentation to help employees navigate and effectively use Workday Learning.

  • Ensure end user documentation is up to date.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards within the Workday Learning module.

  • Design and track metrics to determine the effectiveness of various initiatives and reporting.

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all learning-related data.

  • Generate and analyze reports on learning activities, user engagement, and program effectiveness.

What You Will Do:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Education, or a related field

  • 4 + years LMS administration/support, or equivalent

  • Learning Content Design: Knowledge and skills in needs assessment, training design and development and evaluation methodologies. Experience with Articulate Storyline or other content creation tools.

  • Adult Education Knowledge: Familiarity with Adult Learning principles and Instructional Design methodologies.

  • Strong ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to learn new applications quickly. Strong understanding of technology

  • Strong team player with proven interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with business partners, vendors, application developers, development managers, product analysts, product managers, technical writers, curriculum developers, subject matter experts and facilitators.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Some travel required to Enbridge locations including Calgary, Toronto, Houston, Superior, and Canadian and

  • U.S. operations locations.
