This is a non-union positionAt Enbridge, our Operations Advisors role is accountable to provide technical support for Operations Maintenance work within a region and provide contractor oversight for the completion of that work ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation within a specific geography with quality and the customer in mind.

What You Will Do:
Coordinate all Regional Tooling requirements, including replacements, repairs, inspections, and FCC’s (request of change).
Coordinate all Regional Fleet/Equipment requirements, including coordinating servicing, replacements, and record updates with Fleet Department.
Review and approve depots digital Pre-inspects for WO’s.(as per Ops Supervisors Request).
Regional Supervisor Coverage (coordinated with Ops Supervisor request), including WM Scheduling, day to day emergencies response, WO/Time/Work Package coding and approvals for regional staff (USR’s), addressing all field inquiries from internal and external (USR’s, Third Party, Contractors) and including coverage for Community/Contractor engagements.
Responsible for SAP/Oracle/Mark view coding for day-to-day operations requirements, including PO/WO corrections and approvals for incoming operations invoice (i.e. OE, NPL etc.).
Mandatory regional on call participation. (Evenings, weekends are required).
Who You Are:
Related university degree and four‐plus years’ experience OR six‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience
Takes responsibility for varied assignments requiring a broad understanding of Operations and/or may also have specialized knowledge of one area.
Expected to work independently and manage their time, approach to problems, and work priorities. Problems solved by applying standard procedures, modifications of standard procedures, or using methods developed in previous assignments.
Communicates technical topics to a non‐technical audience.
Recommendations reviewed for soundness of judgement, but usually accepted as technically accurate and feasible,
Working Conditions:
Primary working conditions is in a field environment.
Travel within a set geography is required on a daily basis.
Travel beyond a set geography is required occasionally.
On Call Rotation - evenings and weekends are required.
