What you will do
Complete full cycle recruitment including developing job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, making recommendations to hiring leaders and onboarding new employees.
Create and implement effective recruiting strategies, plans, and processes to attract professional, technical and management level talent.
Conduct intake calls with hiring leaders to understand requirements and correctly target and screen applicants.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates, particularly through professional social media channels to promote employment opportunities at Enbridge.
Build solid relationships with candidates to ensure a viable talent pipeline.
Use internal and external networks to leverage standard methodologies in recruitment and selection.
Respond to inquiries regarding employment opportunities.
Optimize efficiency of the recruitment process by making recommendations and implementing improvements.
What will you need to succeed?
Post-secondary education equivalent to a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience within a fast-paced environment.
CHRP, RPR, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter is considered an asset.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Workday experience is highly desired.
Solid understanding of total compensation and how it relates to the candidate offer negotiation phase.

Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, prioritize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, coordinate and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
