Note: Internally this role will be referred to as a Marketing Analyst.

What You Will Do:

Join our dynamic marketing team and play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative campaigns across both offline and online platforms, catering to both B2C and B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team to create and launch captivating marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience.

  • Develop and circulate engaging marketing bulletins to keep the organization informed and excited about upcoming campaign launches.

  • Oversee and respond to all paid social media campaign comments to drive customer engagement.

  • Lead the planning and execution of tradeshows and events, ensuring a seamless and impactful presence.

  • Manage and maintain our internal marketing database, keeping all creative files organized and accessible.

  • Track and report on the marketing budget, collaborating with the marketing team and internal/ external stakeholders.

  • Participate in meetings, capturing critical information and action points to drive forward momentum.

  • Provide general administrative support and assist the Business Intelligence and Customer and Market Insights team, as needed.

Who You Are:

  • A university degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field with two or more years of experience in marketing, agency, or communication roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.

  • Sharp analytical skills with great attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Additional business or marketing education and experience are preferred.

  • Knowledge of Enbridge Gas Inc. energy conservation programs and DSM framework is an asset.

  • Experience in supporting campaign development and execution.

  • Proficiency in budget management using Excel.

  • Experience in managing agency relationships.

  • Some travel required (5% of time)
