The Regulatory Affairs department of Enbridge Gas is looking for a Specialist Cost Allocation to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support the cost allocation study which underpins the pricing of in-franchise distribution services and ex-franchise storage and transportation services.

Please note: Internally this role is known as Specialist I Cost Allocation.
What will you do:Lead and support the cost allocation studies for Enbridge Gas Ontario and Enbridge Gas Quebec.
Lead the preparation of schedules and supporting documents associated with regulatory applications before the Ontario Energy Board and the Regie de l’energie in Quebec
Participate as a witness in regulatory applications including the preparation of written evidence, interrogatory responses, and draft arguments in support of the Company’s cost allocation proposals and schedules.
Interpret regulatory decisions and reflect changes accordingly in the cost allocation studies.
Conduct analysis, studies, and research on cost matters.
Lead regulatory-related projects and perform ad hoc analysis, reporting, training, or responding to internal and external requests as necessary.
Provide guidance and direction to other department staff and develop and maintain strong working relationships with other groups.
You have a university degree in Commerce, Business, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field along with 6+ years of directly related experience.
You have proven ability to lead, initiate, and manage change.
Outstanding problem-solving, and strategic thinker.
You have experience in leading and overseeing the work of others.
You have strong analytical ability, proven accuracy, and reliability in all levels of work as well as outstanding attention to detail.
You are committed to meeting tight deadlines.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
You can work independently and, in a team.
