We are looking for a Specialist I ERP. This role directs the development, validation, approval and implementation of end user system and data access provisioning files to ensure a seamless user acceptance testing, training delivery and system deployment.

What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain a role mapping plan and tools to support USUI ERP End User identification and segmentation.
Collaborate with HR, other members of the USUI ERP OCM team, USUI ERP Workstream teams, other USUI Workstream OCM Teams, and Business Unit SMEs to identify, segment and analyze USUI ERP End User populations.
Work with USUI ERP Functional Change Management Specialists, other USUI Workstream OCM Teams and ERP Functional Project teams to identify users and understand current access across the organization.
Develop and maintain End User and People Leader awareness artifacts required to ensure End Users and People Leaders understand role mapping and leadership accountabilities.
Map personas and / or Maximo Security Groups / Oracle Cloud Job roles to identified segments of Business Unit / Central Function End Users based on the ERP solution design.
Work with other USUI Workstream OCM Teams to educate People Leaders on Role Mapping, identify required access for End Users with People Leaders and prepare and manage process to have People Leaders review, validate and approve End User access.
Administer People Leader access review, validation and approval activities, development of recommendations for assignment of training.
Support the ERP OCM Training team’s identification of learners for training planning, organization and delivery.
Support Business Unit and Functional teams, and Super Users during Go-live and stabilization.
Analyze technical problems and questions applicable to USUI ERP Role Mapping data issues, workflows, reports and interfaces as applicable. This involves self-starting and initiative-taking research, testing, and documenting.
Follow Internal Audit standard guidelines to document and store role mapping processes, access approvals and files.
Interact regularly with technical and functional support colleagues, product owners, security teams, the service desk and other internal TIS contacts across all Enbridge business units.
Who You Are:
Related university degree in Computer Scienceand six‐plus years’ (6) experience OR eight‐plus (8) years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Direct or in-depth technical experience with Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems in Finance, Supply Chain or Asset Work Management, ideally Oracle E-Business Suite and / or Maximo.
Good communication skills and an awareness of how to communicate data and results effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of how system configuration impacts user experience.
Experienced in managing security parameters and End User access.
Understanding system modules and End User access requirements to map to various system modules (i.e., Cost Centre / OBU roll ups).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Preferred:
Understanding of Power BI, Oracle Cloud and IBM Maximo Security framework would be an asset.
Experience on an enterprise project, ideally an ERP implementation, considered an asset.

Strong communication, and negotiation skills.
Must manage competing interests and conflicting priorities concurrently, while continuing to provide operational oversight.
Periodic travel to other Enbridge Location may be required.
