Are you ready to take your expertise in Oracle Cloud to the next level? Enbridge is looking for a dedicated Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in the support, configuration, continuous improvement, release management, CMDB stewardship, and transformation of Oracle Cloud SCM.

This position is essential in playing a support and delivery management role with TIS Business Services teams and is responsible for ensuring solutions are delivered in accordance with specified service levels and business or technical requirements.

What you will do:

  • Provide functional solution expertise to the SCM suite of Oracle Cloud within the CBS TIS operations team.

  • Efficiently support the enterprise SCM solution, including daily operational support, identifying solutions that meet business requirements, and driving continuous improvements.

  • Lead teams in designing and deploying Oracle SCM solutions, manage daily operational incidents, and drive continuous improvements by identifying enhancement opportunities.

  • Engage with business partners to capture requirements and ensure quality assurance during testing phases.

  • Implement continuous improvement plans in conjunction with the Service Delivery team members and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of continuous improvement activities, benefits, and outcomes.

  • Collaborate effectively with offshore teams, technology partners, and business partners.

  • Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototypes that evolve to production solutions of Oracle Inventory Management, Cost Management, Product Data Hub, and Supply Planning modules.

  • Provide system operation support for Oracle Supply Chain Management in Complex Asset Intensive Oil & Gas environment.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT software applications and related University degree or equivalent experience (e.g., Computer Engineering, MBA or equivalent). Combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle SCM technologies and at least seven years of experience in relevant roles.

  • Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain technology: Inventory, Cost Management, Sourcing, P2P, SSP, Contracts, Expenses, Supplier Qualification, etc.

  • Seven or more years of related experience (e.g., Functional Analyst, Project Lead, Business/Systems Analyst, or similar role). Strong knowledge of relevant domain processes in Supply Chain Management.

  • Experience driving operational support and continuous improvement in a multi-partner (AMS or SI) environment.

  • Experience implementing ERP software modules including requirements and testing experience. Technical skills such as SQL and advanced Excel to support data activities.

  • Advanced interpersonal skills demonstrated by leading multi-disciplinary project meetings, technical reviews with developers and SME’s, leading group training sessions.
