Our IRP Energy Conservation team is looking for an outstanding Supervisor, IRP Energy Conservation to join our fast-paced dynamic team. In this role, you will be accountable for leadership of the team accountable for the design and implementation of geo-targeted energy conservation and demand response programs to drive results and optimize learnings to support Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) for Enbridge Gas.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversight of IRP Enhanced Targeted Energy Efficiency (ETEE) and Demand Response (DR) program design, implementation, budgets, results, reporting and associated workplans.

  • Oversight of evaluation planning and execution for IRP geotargeted energy conservation initiatives.

  • Leadership between IRP ETEE/DR and internal functional areas for effective cross-department alignment, and ensuring effective process development to optimize results and learnings.

  • Oversight of energy conservation modelling requirements for IRP evaluation and Plans.

  • Management of Pilot Project regulatory/compliance requirements, inclusive of annual reporting and deferral disposition application requirements.

  • Lead development of IRP related Ontario Energy Board (OEB) filings including drafting evidence and defense of regulatory filing materials.

  • Accountable for execution of OEB decisions for IRP applications for ETEE and DR.

  • Leadership of consultation requirements with external stakeholders on IRP ETEE/DR offerings as required.

  • Ensure ETEE/DR offerings reflect best practices, trends and lessons learned for strategy development and initiative implementation.

  • Leading, managing, coaching, motivating and developing the IRP Energy Conservation Team.

Who You Are:

You have the following education and experience:

  • Related university degree (preferred Business, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or other related field).

  • 7+ years of experience in the energy sector - direct regulatory / evaluation / energy conservation program related job experience in Demand Side Management (DSM) is preferred.

  • Strong people leadership experience.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize key issues.

  • Demonstrated experience in identifying solutions to complex requirements and acting within an evolving environment.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Positive relationship management skills across a diverse network of departments and personnel.

  • This position operates in an office work environment with occasional travel.
