This role is pivotal in shaping the technical direction of our AI/GenAI centered product. Our next team member will have a strong background in software architecture, team leadership, and hands on experience with our tech stack including Python, Django and AWS. What you will do:

• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust software architecture for our AI-driven product
• Collaborate with multi- functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
• Manage the implementation of standard methodologies in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards
• Drive the adoption of security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Implement and manage data governance and isolation strategies to safeguard data integrity and privacy
• Optimize application performance and reliability through continuous monitoring and improvement
• Help build up the technical team consisting of software engineers, data scientists, DevSecOp specialists and QA engineers
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, encouraging a culture of innovation and technical excellence
• Know the latest new technologies and industry trends to inform strategic technical decisions

Who you are:

You have:

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or similar role in a startup or fast paced environment along with a bachelor’s degree
• Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud architecture as well as in depth knowledge of software security principles and practices

You can:

• Show a solid understanding of Python and Django, with a deep awareness of web application development in addition to having experience in a product centric organization
• Demonstrate your experience with application performance tools and techniques along with AI/GenAI technologies in an enterprise environment

You are:

• An excellent written and verbal communicator with strong leadership abilities who can collaborate effectively across teams
• Familiar with data governance, data isolation, and privacy regulations and can exhibit excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to make informed technical decisions

Working Conditions:

• Work performed in typical office environment with up to 15% travel within North America

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary: Ranges from $150,000 - $200,000 based upon experience.

Company paid international relocation assistance is not offered for this role.
