Description
- Producing monthly financial statements and performing variance analysis of operating results and costs.
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts, performing bank reconciliations, and making month-end entries (such as depreciation of fixed assets, accruals, FPA, deferred revenues).
- Actively participating in the daily activities of the accounting department.
- Sharing your ideas to help optimize our processes.
- Being responsible for government remittances (GST-QST, provisional installments).
- Supporting the corporate finance team at E360s in special projects such as acquisitions and integration, accounting system migration, KPI implementation.
- Assisting management in controlling costs and providing follow-up information on them, as well as offering recommendations.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Preparing management reports for headquarters.
- Contributing to analytical files such as variance, profitability, and profit by clients.
- Any other related tasks or special projects that may arise in the course of activities, such as BI, various management reports, etc.

Requested skills
- A degree in accounting and a recognized accounting title.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience (ideally in a firm).
- CPA designation.
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge and mastery of Sage 300 (an asset).
- Bilingual (French/English, both spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and priority setting.
- Attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team; positive attitude.
- Rigor, discernment, autonomy, and responsiveness.
