Your responsibilities:
-Preparation and analysis of monthly FS for various divisions;
-Preparation of annual budgets for various divisions;
-Follow-up of the cost price model upgrade and monitoring process;
-Follow-up of cash receipts, analysis and reconciliation of deduction programs;
-Reconciliation of accounts (receivables, payables, inventories, fixed assets);
-Supervision and assistance to existing accounting clerks;
-Support to Corporate Controller
-Analysis and recommendations on more complex files;
-Coordination and assistance with the annual audit;
-Participation in the development, harmonization and implementation of policies, procedures and
-work methods relating to accounting activities and internal controls.
Profile required :
- CPA designation
- Bilingual, French, English in order to communicate with collaborators outside Quebec;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in a manufacturing company
- Ability to establish projected budgets
- Ability to work quickly and meticulously
- Extreme discretion
- Autonomy, initiative and discipline
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage several mandates simultaneously and to prioritize;
- Excellent team spirit
- Knowledge of SAGE / ACCPAC software
- Multi-site environment
