We are currently seeking an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our store in Perth. The primary responsibilities of this role include receiving, organizing, and preparing materials for customers and representatives. Working closely with the Centre Manager, the Assistant will also be responsible for assisting in-store customers, handling billing, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requested skills

  • 2 to 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in customer service, store management and employee management
  • Knowledge of the maple syrup industry (an important asset)
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Flexible and available (if extra time is needed)
  • Good physical ability
  • Good team spirit
