- Lead, manage, and expand the national sales team with a focus on regional representation and specialization
- Oversee the development and refinement of customer profiles within AgExpert to improve sales targeting, marketing personalization and customer experience
- Develop and implement an annual national marketing and sales plan and ensure alignment with FCC's strategic direction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in leading customer support strategies
- Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and communications within the agricultural or technology sectors
- Project management skills, with success in executing national sales strategies
- In-depth understanding of agricultural practices, field record management, and financial management within farming operations
- Strong record of success in agile development and product lifecycle management
What you’ll need
- Degree in computer science, agriculture, business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years leading agricultural or technology-focused products
- Experience with agricultural accounting, traceability platforms, or sustainability tools
