Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$90,710 - $122,726Passion for Indigenous engagement and inclusion rewardedCollaborate with internal partners to promote Indigenous engagement and inclusion within FCC, enhancing internal processes and systems to deliver on the Indigenous Relations strategy and Indigenous Reconciliation Action Plan.
You’ll support internal initiatives that will improve how FCC expands to support Indigenous Peoples and communities in the agriculture and food space. Plus, you’ll conduct research and analysis, providing recommendations to develop and improve our internal programs.What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with internal partners to execute on internal Indigenous Relations plans
- Support projects and programs that attract and retain Indigenous talent and enhance employees’ Indigenous knowledge
- Find opportunities and make recommendations to improve our Indigenous Relations strategy and processes
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing on Indigenous creative projects and collateral
- Conduct research on organizations that are leaders in Indigenous Relations and recommend how FCC can adapt our internal programs
- Support reporting and analytics requirements, including assisting with integrated reporting and providing insights to key stakeholders

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business or commerce and four to six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience working with and for Indigenous social and economic development priorities
- Deep knowledge of Indigenous community structures and the history and current challenges facing Indigenous agriculture
- A passion for advancing Indigenous food security and financial sovereignty
