Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$79,648 - $107,760Technical expertise needed:Support a national sales and lending team on complex loan files. You’ll serve as an expert mentor to team and operations employees, and provide training and team onboarding.
This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee operations to ensure consistent execution of procedures
- Input and verify complex customer financial source documentation
- Transfer knowledge to team members through informal coaching and answering questions
- Work closely with partners to gather required information to process requests
- Communicate effectively with operations field staff with a high degree of knowledge
