What you’ll do:
- Oversee centralized incoming payments and loan maintenance activities, including cheque scanner functionality
- Manage workflow and customer correspondence processes
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
- Mentor teams in development planning, workload management and achieving performance objectives
