What you’ll do:
- Track, monitor and document year-end results
- Prepare data needed to set divisional targets
- Monitor change management and communication of initiatives in the business unit
- Perform research and analysis as requested
- Provide recommendations to senior management on a portfolio of projects and initiatives

What you’ll need:
