Under the supervision of the finance and administration department, you will play a key role in advising the organization's various units. You are the point of reference for financial management and work closely with managers to ensure accurate monitoring of financial data and optimize decision-making. You steer budgetary processes and financial monitoring, while contributing to the improvement of tools and procedures. You will implement innovative solutions to modernize processes and support teams in adopting new practices.
Your main responsibilities
Provide strategic support to management teams in financial planning and analysis.
Oversee and interpret budgets, making informed recommendations on revenues and expenses.
Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of financial information to ensure effective management of annual and monthly results.
Plan and orchestrate budget exercises in coordination with the relevant teams.
Review and refine financial processes and associated technological tools.
Develop and implement solutions aimed at strengthening accounting and organizational practices.
Ensure the implementation and performance of financial management systems, including payroll and procurement.
Analyze internal processes, identify vulnerabilities and propose avenues for improvement.
Support teams in change management and transition to optimized practices.
Produce in-depth financial analyses (e.g. profitability, cost projections, performance indicators).
Actively participate in monthly and annual closing processes.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure optimal management of financial resources.
Profile required
University degree in finance or accounting.
Minimum seven years' experience in a similar position (advanced training may compensate for shorter experience).
In-depth knowledge of financial analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Experience with an accounting ERP (e.g. Business Central or other).
Ability to manage and exploit databases from multiple sources.
Recognized accounting designation (e.g. CPA).
Strong autonomy and proactivity.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
