I am Bianka, Team Leader in Recruitment and Business Development at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for Finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, experts in finance, speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.

I am looking for an accounting analyst for my client, a technology SME. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode.

YOUR MISSION
 Prepare analyses, reconciliations and reclassifications of balance sheets and results;
 Record accrual/end-of-month provision adjustment entries in the accounting system;
 Record monthly prepaid expenses in the accounting system;
 Prepare Canadian and American tax returns and payments;
 Carry out bank reconciliations;
 Monitor fixed assets;
 Manage expense accounts;
 Participate in the preparation of the annual audit;
 Initiate and actively participate in improving work tools by proposing ideas to optimize analyses;
 Be the backup of the payable technician to codify and account for transactions in accordance with the internal control procedures established by management;
 Perform all other tasks related or relevant to the activities of this sector, depending on business developments and/or the emergence of new priorities.

YOUR DNA
 Bachelor's degree in accounting with accounting designation (an asset);
 Two (2) years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an SME;
 Fluency in oral and written French;
 Functional English;
 Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite;
 Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v search, sum if, shift, equiv)
 Experience in an accounting firm (an asset);
 Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP (an asset);
 Organization, good priority management and multitasking;
 Autonomy, initiative and monitoring of results
 Integrity, rigor
 Interpersonal skills, collaboration and team spirit
