I'm looking for an Accounts Receivable Technician for my client in the heart of downtown Montreal. This is a permanent contract, in hybrid mode (1 day telecommuting and 4 days in the office).
You will be recognized for :
- Responsible for accounts receivable :
- Issue and send invoices to customers;
- Ensure compliance of invoices with terms and conditions of sale and company policies;
- Follow-up and apply customer payments
- Collect accounts receivable
- Work with the legal team to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in customer contracts
- Work with the partnerships and sponsorships team to ensure follow-up on the use of values stipulated in customer contracts
- Implement an accounts receivable management system. Participates in the implementation of a customer management system
- Helps prepare year-end files for auditors
- Responsible for building and preparing on a regular basis various reports that will be required for customer analysis
- Filing and archiving of various documents
- Provides support to the finance team
We'd like to meet you if you have
- College diploma
- At least seven (7) years' relevant experience
- Knowledge of Great Plains an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
- Desired qualities: initiative, autonomy, organization, thoroughness, teamwork.
