I'm looking for an Accounts Receivable Technician for my client in the east end of Montreal. This is a permanent contract, in hybrid mode.
You will be recognized for :
- Performs end-of-day branch verification, balance accuracy, prepares and makes deposits.
- Assists with billing for commercial integration projects.
- Closes virtual banks for month-ends.
- Performs journal entries, batch follow-up and posting.
- Communicates with customers regarding billing and follows up on account age.
- Creates and updates computerized customer files.
- Supports colleagues in related accounting tasks.
- Prints and transmits various management reports.
- Demonstrate rigor and meticulousness in follow-ups.
- Demonstrate courtesy and diplomacy in communications with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several activities simultaneously.
- Act as a representative of MOOG AUDIO in dealings with customers and business partners.
- DEC in accounting or any experience relevant to the position
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in business-to-business collections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Outlook Intermediate level and Excel Advanced level)
- Advanced level in both languages (French and English - oral and written).
- Experience with ERP software SAGE 300, Shopify and Paypal. (An asset)
