I am looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager for a construction company located in Saint-Eustache.
Your duties will be to:
-Supervise the financial, accounting and tax activities of the company and its affiliated entities;
-Manage management control and analyze financial performance;
-Collaborate with the various operational departments, in particular project management and purchasing;
-Manage financing operations, acquisitions and disposals;
-Produce financial forecasts and analyze cash flow requirements;
-Prepare and evaluate applications for funding and subsidies, including R&D;
Advise management on financial, budgetary and strategic issues;
-Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and legal obligations;
-Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and supervise the implementation of an ERP system;
-Manage collection processes in compliance with contractual terms and conditions;
-Implement and monitor key financial performance indicators.s
What we're looking for:
-University degree in accounting, business management or finance;
-CPA designation required
-Significant experience in an equivalent function;
-Proficiency in information systems, accounting and office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ERP, etc.);
-Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
