Your responsibilities :
Supervise accounting and financial operations.
Develop profitability analyses in support of major financial transactions - including full P&L, break-even, ROI, NPV, IRR (or MIRR) and ROI calculations for the business unit concerned.
Develop and update multi-year forecasting models for the business unit concerned.
Provide strategic and analytical support to contribute to product line profitability and customer gross margins.
Develop and maintain the business unit's internal budget.
Lead and/or participate in process improvement, system automation and reporting initiatives.
Responsible for financial analysis of new strategic initiatives/analyses such as bank financings, M&A and new product launches.
Manage the finance team and be responsible for the overall performance and results of the team. Responsible for personnel management.
Your profile :
* CPA designation
* 7 to 10 years' relevant experience
* Good systems (SAP an asset) and Excel skills
* Have a strong business and entrepreneurial sense, and also a "common sense", "get things done" and "make work fun" attitude
* Have a good understanding of financial concepts with the desire to make an impact, willing to take risks and with the ability to solve problems.
* Ability to express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, in French and English (to communicate with international managers).
* Demonstrate active listening skills capable of motivating those around you.
