Main responsibilities:
-Process payroll for approximately 100 employees in Quebec and Ontario (schedules and salaried employees).
- Verify the accuracy of hours worked, vacations, bonuses, salary adjustments and allowances.
- Manage vacation, sick and personal leave schedules.
- Prepare and distribute tax documents (T4, Relevé 1, etc.).
- Manage the production of Records of Employment in the event of departure or temporary termination.
- Open, close and update employee files.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department for the integration of new employees and for terminations.
- Coordinate external training needs and compile annual expenditures (1% law);
- Manage files related to work-related accidents and illnesses.
- Respond to employee requests concerning HR policies, payroll and benefits.

Profile required:
- Degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in payroll management.
- Experience in payroll management in Ontario (an asset).
- National Payroll Institute (NPI) certification (an asset).
- Proficiency in ADP payroll software (an asset).
- Good knowledge of Canadian labour laws, tax regulations and employment standards.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.

- Bilingualism in French and English: for communication with employees in Ontario;
