My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for a Payroll Technician for a manufacturing company located in Saint-Pie, Hybrid or 100% Telecommuting after training.
-Responsible for the complete payroll cycle for the plant and administrative area for a total of 400 employees.
-Responsible for applying the specific rules of the collective agreement for unionized employees (plant).
-Vacation and time bank management
-Coordinated with ADP to ensure timely payroll processing.
-Coordination with various managers to ensure payroll accuracy
-Set up and monitor communication processes with various internal and external stakeholders
-Manage employee advances for insurance and other purposes.
-Minimum 5 years' experience in computerized payroll
-Knowledge of Canadian payroll rules
-Autonomy, attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility
-Knowledge of computer systems: ADP, SAP, Kronos, Excel
-Knowledge of accounting system and Access software would be an asset
English is an asset, as you will be in daily contact with our English-speaking customers/suppliers.
