I'm looking for a Senior Network Administrator for one of our customers, located in Montreal East. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode. Salary varies according to experience ($85,000 to $95,000) - on a 40-hour week basis.
Your duties will include :
* Design, implement, manage and maintain the company's network infrastructures
* Guarantee the availability, performance, security and evolution of network systems to meet the organization's current and future needs
* Install, configure and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, etc.)
* Monitor network performance to anticipate and resolve incidents
* Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of network equipment
* Identify and remedy security vulnerabilities
* Manage security incidents and ensure rapid response in the event of a breach
* Document network procedures and configurations to ensure continuity of service
* Degree in computer science, networking or equivalent
* At least 5 to 7 years' experience in network administration, including at least 3 years as a senior network administrator
* Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
* Expertise in managing Cisco, Fortinet or equivalent network equipment
* In-depth knowledge of network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.)
* Fluency in French and English
