I'm currently looking for a Level 1-2 Support Technician for my client in downtown Montreal. This is a permanent position, 100% on site.

Your tasks :

- Answer telephone calls from users of the company's various office automation tools;
- Guide users in the proper use of applications;
- Resolve first- and second-level problems by guiding users through the process, and document requests, incidents and solutions;
- Escalate and follow up on problem resolution;
- Manage equipment loans (laptops, internet keys and mobile printers);

- College diploma (DEC) in computer science or related field;
- At least 4 years' experience in IT support;
- You are committed to excellent customer service, have good interpersonal skills and are able to communicate easily with a variety of people;
- You are fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
- You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Windows 11 and networking skills (an asset);
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- You're able to manage several tasks simultaneously, and you're discreet, courteous and a team player.
