I am looking for a Production Supervisor for my client located in Repentigny. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) - evening shif
Your Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
Ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met.
Manage and motivate a production team to achieve set objectives.
Identify and resolve production issues by proposing continuous improvement solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in production scheduling and resource management.
Train and support team members to develop their skills.
Prepare reports on production performance.

Your Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Knowledge of Lean management principles is an asset.
French speaking environment
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.
