Your function
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a company in the regulated sector located in Boucherville, a Production Supervisor - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Permanent position 40 hours per week - face-to-face.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Ensure the smooth running of production activities
- Train and coordinate production teams to achieve company objectives
- Manage the work teams of the various departments and ensure the smooth running of plant operations.
- Communicate good OHS practices to the team and ensure compliance with standards.
- Identify and resolve production efficiency problems.
- Other production-related tasks (production forms, quality, inventory).

Your profile
At least 5 years' experience in a similar position, in the manufacturing, agri-food or pharmaceutical sectors would be an asset.

-French, English an asset
-Knowledge of standards in regulated fields an asset
-70k - 80k - depending on experience
