We support one of our clients in the distribution sector in their search for a logistics coordinator for their Montreal warehouse.

Your responsibilities:

Execute and track all trailer movements between warehouses and distribution center.
Ensure the smooth running of operations
Manage all daily tasks assigned by management
Track the movement of goods,
Consolidate/verify/analyze data,
Report problems and resolve them
Coordinate inspections and maintenance of trailers,
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that trailers arrive in sufficient quantity and at a sufficient rate,
Monitor and control performance indicators;
Solve problems in a timely manner.

* College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience;
* One (1) year of experience in a similar role;
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
* Attention to detail and good organizational and planning skills;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Good computer knowledge and skills, especially with Excel; SAP is a strong asset;
* Retail experience is an asset.
