Description
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Consultant to promote and sell our personalized services. This position is fully commission-based, offering an income opportunity directly tied to your performance. You will be responsible for managing your own schedule to maximize results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Management: Identify and engage potential clients using various prospecting methods (online, phone, in-person).
- Lead Nurturing and Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with leads, answer their questions, and guide them through the process to maximize engagement and facilitate the purchase.
- Presentation of Offers: Explain the benefits of our services, tailor the approach to each client’s specific needs, and professionally handle objections.
- Sales Goals Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed set sales targets.
- Autonomous Schedule Management: Take responsibility for organizing your own schedule to optimize client contacts and ensure optimal performance.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with the team to ensure clients receive a personalized and cohesive experience.
