Visitation Specialist

As a Visitation Specialist you will work airside and communicate with local representatives and flight crews on a daily basis to assist and ensure catering operations are smooth and according to spec. Your ability to work courteously and represent Gate Gourmet as a professional at all times is critical because you serve as liaison between customers and the operations teams.

Job Specific Requirements:

• A valid YVR Restricted Access pass (RAIC)
• Class 5 drivers license (possessing a valid DA pass will be a definite advantage) and a clean Driver’s abstract
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A wide breadth of understanding of kitchen operations
• Ability to solve problems and think quickly when issues arise

Environmental Requirements:

• Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds
• Regularly stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
