As part of a DevOps support project, we are currently looking for a Functional Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Understand, identify, collect, communicate, document, and analyze business processes, needs, and challenges.
- Support the product owner in understanding the needs of various departments, documenting stories, and planning sprints.
- Assist the designer in finding innovative solutions in collaboration with technology and business teams, and analyze the impact on existing solutions.
- Develop delivery plans and support users during deployments, particularly during changes.
- Contribute to creating and delivering presentations of processes and solutions to facilitate understanding among stakeholders.
- Promote organizational standards, update documentation, and participate in application support.
- Coordinate the activities of expert teams or suppliers when delivering initiatives in collaboration with external parties.
- Work closely with the product owner to establish a clear and structured backlog.
- Sort, analyze, and prioritize incident tickets based on their criticality.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst.
- Quality assurance experience.
- Strong problem analysis and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or Atlassian environments.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on parallel projects.
