RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project planning and coordination : Plan and coordinate resources and activities for the development and release of new products based on customer events. Ensure the management of schedules and the prioritization of tasks to ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder management : Coordinate the various stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors) to ensure that deliverables are taken care of and meet performance commitments. Ensure good communication between stakeholders, in order to prevent the risk of delays or deviations from the objectives set. Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the customer, representing the needs and requirements of the customer throughout the development and production process. Maintain smooth communication with customers and other external stakeholders, such as suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Analysis of project changes : Identify, address and negotiate scope changes with the client, assessing the financial, operational and technical impacts of these changes.
  • Feasibility analysis : Actively participate in the feasibility analysis of ongoing projects, identifying potential obstacles and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Performance analysis and management : Analyze project results in terms of customer satisfaction and financial performance. Present a detailed assessment of the programme's performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement for future projects.
  • Production support : Provide production support to ensure a clear understanding of the client's requirements and objectives, identifying and assessing risks related to decisions made during the project.
