The Division Manager must be an outstanding leader and has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
He/she should be able to conceptualize sales projections, and motivate the team into attaining these goals.

Division managers should also be highly analytical and well organized, proficient with the use of computers and related software, are customer service oriented; and have strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the business such as Sales and Operations.
  • Posses conflict management skills.
  • Review trade area and identify new market opportunities.
  • Keep in line with company growth strategy.
  • Meet or exceed company profit goals.
  • Managing budget information.
  • Approve expenses.
  • Address customer issues and concerns promptly.
  • Understanding of industry laws and regulations.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience with managing human resources, approving new hires, increases and terminations.
  • Source, coach and develop staff train employees and evaluate their performances.
  • Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Prepare reports on sales.
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Consult with other branches to share strategies. Participate in training calls with other Branches.
  • Ability to strategize and plan.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings.
  • CAD experience is an asset.
