JOB DESCRIPTION – FULL-TIME 6-MONTH CONTRACT WITH POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION
As an Event and Promotional Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in organizing and managing various sales and promotional projects while overseeing the internal and external resources needed for their execution. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where each day presents new challenges and rewards. It requires individuals with diverse and complementary skills to support our clients, primarily in the food, experiential, and retail sectors.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage various event, promotional, and sampling projects.
- Recruit, develop, and manage teams of brand ambassadors, in-store demonstrators, or sales representatives.
- Handle key logistical aspects, including team recruitment, human resources management, and preparation of setup documents for kiosks or equipment.
- Ensure smooth and effective communication between all stakeholders (stores, teams, suppliers, supervisors, colleagues, etc.).
- Create, manage, and enforce team schedules.
- Occasionally translate simple documents.
- Produce post-mortem reports on in-store activities, including analysis and recommendations.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for staff.
- Act as a leader and set an example in the field during activations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent project management skills and experience in events, sales, or culinary demonstrations
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Bilingual (English & French)
- Experience in the food industry is essential
- Experience in recruitment or HR (an asset)
