Responsibilities:
- Develop digital and e-commerce strategies to generate revenue and increase visibility;
- Coordinate web design teams and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of online operations;
- Manage digital marketing and advertising campaigns;
- Analyze web data and manage analytics to optimize conversion rates;
- Participate in the creation of campaigns with the marketing department;
- Supervise web platform and content;
- Implement customer relationship management strategies;
- Research trends, customer habits and competitors;
- Perform all other related tasks.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fashion;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics;
- Proficiency and understanding of social media campaigns;
- Proficiency with Shopify, Paid Search and the MS Office Suite;
- Excellent communication skills in English (in order to communicated with a customer base all across North America 100% of the time).
