Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shipments and import of goods;
- Prepare all required documentation related to the shipments;
- Communicate with the customs authorities;
- Analyze transportation costs and negotiate rates with transporters;
- Prepare tracking reports manage custom clearance processes for all shipments;
- Keep abreast of new customs and import regulations;
- Perform any other related tasks.
- Experience in traffic and customs within an import environment;
- Experience in managing goods importation;
- Knowledge of the MS Office Suite;
- Work experience with an ERP system.
